Here's how our return policy works.
While most of our catalog is returnable, there are a few exceptions...
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of when the order was delivered to you.
Many of our products must be re-warehoused after being returned, which incur costs. For that reason, your return may incur a restocking fee. The typical restocking fee is 15% of the order total.

Please contact us to request a return authorization.
Once we've received your return request, we will send you a return authorization (RA), along with an RA number for you to use to return your order.
Once we've received and respected the returned order, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.
